Fall in a Bowl: Pumpkin Pecan Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • ⅓ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Put the oats and water (or milk) in a small sauce pan and bring the oatmeal to a slow boil stirring occasionally until cooked to your preferred consistency.
  2. When oats are cooked, add pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey.
  3. Top with pecans and enjoy!
